Return, Exchange and refund policy
The following general return and refund policy is applicable to all items sold on MediXPRESS application and website.
1. In general the item(s) may be eligible for return with the following conditions:
a. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
b. Is different from what was ordered.
c. If there is any manufacturing defect.
2. All items should be returned in their original conditions and in the original manufacturer box/ packing as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the terms and conditions.
3. There will be replacement of the same product which is returned, under the following conditions:
A. Only the items will be replaced if there is any manufacturing defect.
B. If the items are physically damaged during shipment.
4. Refund of the amount will be initiated to your account within 5-7 working days , once the package is received from our courier partner in our fulfilment centre.
5. Refund for the item(s) is elegible for the payment done using credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI transfers.
6.Cash or Account transfer- Refund for the items are not applicable if the order(s) are placed on COD (Cash on delivery) basis . We can add the amount in your MediXPRESS wallet which you can use on future orders.
7.Exchange, return requests have to raised within 4 days of delivery date after which Company will not accept the requests for the same.
